http://www.outlookindia.com/images/hyderabad_bomb_blast_185_070518.jpgThe Hyderabad police have rounded up 15 people for questioning in connection with the killing of a constable by suspected terror operatives here yesterday and today announced a reward of Rs5 lakh for any person providing information leading to the arrest of the killers.

An obscure city-based group having alleged links with LeT and SIMI has claimed responsibility for the killing and warned of more “revenge attacks” if perpetrators of the Mecca Masjid firing of 2007 were not brought to book.

The police are preparing sketches of the assailants based on the statements of a policeman and other witnesses who were present at the site where the killing took place.

“We have picked up 15 persons for questioning after gathering information from the shop-owners of the area who were eyewitnesses to the incident,” a senior police officer told PTI
